This is a big year for Netflix — a $6 billion year, according to reports — and one of the center pieces is its next original feature film. Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon: Sword of Destiny, the sequel to the highest-grossing foreign-language film to ever be released in the U.S., arrives this week. While I still find the whole concept a bit odd, but more specifically the fact that all of a sudden all the characters converse in English, a new trailer has arrived ahead of its debut to preview some of the epic martial arts action sequences to come.

As is said in the trailer and is true of the original film, “Better five that can fight than 500 that can run.” Michelle Yeoh returns to her role of Yu Shu Lien, who must now help prevent a powerful sword from falling in the hands of a warlord. She also has a new protege, but hopefully not like Jen Yu (Ziyi Zhang) whose allegiances proved to be much more dangerous than she let on in the first film.

Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon: Sword of Destiny hits Netflix and select theaters on Friday, February 26th. Here’s the official synopsis:

Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon: Sword of Destiny tells an epic story of lost love, young love, a legendary sword and one last opportunity at redemption, set against breathtaking action in an epic martial arts battle between good and evil that will decide the fate of the Martial World.
