Elder Scrolls Online Imperial Edition

Bethesda released a new cinematic trailer today for The Elder Scrolls Online which is set to launch for PC on April 4. Those of you willing to spend a little extra cash will be excited to hear about the collector’s edition called the Imperial Edition. The retail version will set you back $99 and includes a 12″ Molag Bal statue, a 224-page Emperor’s Guide to Tamriel and a 21″ x 26″ map of Tamriel. But wait, there’s more! The set also includes digital goodies such as an Imperial white horse, mudcrab vanity pet, Rings of Mara (for bonus xp with a friend), and the ability to play as an Imperial.

The digital Imperial Edition is a bit cheaper coming in at $79.99 and will still net you the digital goodies found in the retail version. Obviously if you want to save more money you can score the a la carte version for $60. Furthermore, pre-ordering The Elder Scrolls Online for PC will grant you 5 days of early access to the game.

The game will require a $15 monthly subscription fee which may prove to be a turn off for some players. It’s worth noting players using a PS4 will not be required to have a Plus Membership, although Xbox One gamers will need a Gold subscription for Live. The Elder Scrolls Online is expected to hit the next-gen consoles in June.
