Nintendo announced today Super Smash Bros. for Wii U will be available in North America on November 21. Folks that want to get their smash on in style, can do so with an adapter that allows up to four Nintendo GameCube or WaveBird controllers. The adapter will retail for $20, and Nintendo is also releasing a new standalone GameCube controller with a retail price of $30. Lastly, you can score an all-in-one bundle that includes Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, a new GameCube controller, and adapter for $100. Of course all of these items will be available on November 21.

Super Smash Bros for 3DS marks the first time the series has made its way to the handheld market and has sold more than 2.8 million copies across four continents.

Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS is already in the hands of more than 2.8 million people worldwide, and the road ahead looks great,” said Scott Moffitt, Nintendo of America’s executive vice president of Sales & Marketing.

A friendly reminder to register both Super Smash Bros. for 3DS and Wii U with Club Nintendo will get you the game’s soundtrack. This offer expires January 13, 2015.
