SOMA E3 Trailer and Screenshots

Posted on June 11, 2015 at 10:06 am by Stephen Janes

Frictional Games, creators of the memorably horrific Amnesia and Penumbra franchises, have released a trailer in anticipation for E3’s showing of SOMASOMA is a first-person survival horror game to be released on September 22 for Steam and the PlayStation 4.

If you’ve ever played anything from Frictional Games, you know the horrors and terrific frights that they can produce. In SOMA, players will be taken to PATHOS-2, an underwater facility filled with robots that begin to take human characteristics and mannerisms. The scenery looks amazing until you realize there is probably something lurking waiting for you, so this will be fun.

Not only have Frictional Games presented a trailer, but we also have a look at some in-game screenshots. The game has a very Bioshock look and feel to it and will undoubtedly be the source of many sleepless nights.

Here is the E3 trailer for SOMA.

If that interests you, there are several in-game screenshots to accompany the trailer as well.
