Star Wars Rogue One Tie Fighter

Yesterday the fine folks over at Disney gave us a teaser for teaser for Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. Today we are treated to all sorts of new footage including a final shot of our favorite Sith Lord on life support.

It seems like only a few months ago (March 2015) when Disney chairman and CEO Bob Iger hosted a shareholder meeting where he announced Rogue One as the title for the Star Wars standalone film. At the time of the announcement all we were really given to go on was something in the realm of a heist movie along the lines of Fast & Furious in space… Sounds about right.

Rogue One is directed by Gareth Edwards and stars Felicity Jones, Diego Luna, Ben Mendelsohn, Donnie Yen, Jiang Wen, Mads Mikkelsen, Alan Tudyk, Riz Ahmed, and Forest Whitaker.
