Pet Sematary Clawing Its Way Back To Theaters

“Sometimes, dead is better.”

Stephen King is no stranger to having his stories brought to the big screen but these days it looks like remaking these movies is the popular choice. Carrie has only been in theaters for a couple of weeks and we already have news of another Stephen King adaptation-remake-thing.

This time around we will dig up the remains from the Pet Sematary. Although flawed, Pet Sematary has always been one of my favorite King adaptations. Now it looks like 28 Weeks Later director, Juan Carlos Fresnadillo will be taking on the project with help from producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura and writers Matt Greenberg and David Kajganich. Stay tuned as more on this story develops!
