The Ninjabot

Universal and Legendary have released a new Jurassic World trailer. The franchise’s fourth installment features a fully operational version of John Hammond’s park, which now includes the Hammond Creation Lab, the facility responsibility for combining the genetic traits of multiple species to create the Indominus Rex. Chris Pratt appears to be channeling Robert Redford from The Horse Whisperer, except replace “horse” with “velociraptor.” But this human and dinosaur utopia will not last for long, since the lab has gone crazy and accidentally created a massive, cannibalistic mega-dino. Oops!

After eating some sissy herbivores for fun, the unleashed Indominus Rex decides to change up her tactics, and works instead on freeing the minds of her dinosaur brethren. Maybe the film will pull it all together … or, we’ll end up with a cinematic Indominus Rex, with the naysayers being proven correct once again. Stay tuned!

Jurassic World opens in 3D on June 12th, and stars Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Nick Robinson, Ty Simpkins, Vincent D’Onofrio, Irrfan Khan, Jake Johnson, Omar Sy and Judy Greer.
