Morrison Not Only Writer Saying Goodbye to Action Comics

Posted on March 21, 2013 at 8:45 am by Tyler Waterman

Although much has been made of Grant Morrison’s final issue of Action Comics dropping, he wasn’t the only writer to depart the title yesterday. Before his first issue even hit the stands, Andy Diggle announced on twitter yesterday that he is also leaving the title, citing “professional reasons.” Tony Daniel will still be staying on the book as artist, and while it isn’t clear how many issues were already written by Diggle, it has been announced that Daniel will also assume the writing duties of the book once Diggle’s issues are completed.
