Monster Hunter World

Sony was full of surprises today during their PlayStation Showcase at E3 where they revealed Monster Hunter World by Capcom. While the game was announced during Sony’s press conference, Monster Hunter World will be available in 2018 on PS4 and Xbox One. Eventually the game will make its way to PC at a later date. However, it’s worth noting the PS4 version will have exclusive content.

Monster Hunter games, at least in recent years, have been published on the Nintendo 3DS. While Monster Hunter 3 did appear on the Wii, Wii U, and the 3DS, I have to admit I’m excited to play this franchise on a console again.

Monster Hunter World will support co-op battles with up to four players and you should feel free to use your weakest player as bait. What’s the worst that can happen? Stay vigilant and keep your wits about you if you hope to survive.

Check out the trailer below and let us know which platform you and your friends will choose.

Side note – Did you know there were Monster Hunter Amiibo? Crazy cool!
