Link Rains Down Fiery Pain in New HYRULE WARRIORS Clip

While it’s a far cry from the WiiU Zelda game we glimpsed at E3 this year, the Dynasty Warriors/Zelda mash-up that is Hyrule Warriors looks like so much fun that no one is going to care. In the latest video Link uses the Fire Rod as a flame thrower, launcher, fire ax and even summons a meteor. All to fight back a charging army.

Hyrule-Warriors-fire-rod-meteorWhile short, this little clip gives you an idea of the battles coming in Hyrule Warriors. This game looks like a ton of fun, and I can’t wait to get my hands on it. My only concern is a fear that while it will be a lot of fun, the repetitive button mashing will get monotonous after awhile. Luckily it looks like the game will encompass several interesting boss fights and feature numerous characters from Hyrule to keep my ADD at bay. Hyrule Warriors will be released in America on September 26, 2014 exclusively for the WiiU.
