Earlier today, Nintendo President Satoru Iwata shared news and updates on what the world can expect to see on the Wii U and 3DS platforms this holiday season. If for some crazy reason you don’t wish to sit through today’s Nintendo Direct, we’ve thrown together a collection of game trailers and teasers shown throughout the presentation.

Wii U Game Trailers

Super Mario 3D World comes loaded with new power-ups, such as cherries that allow players to duplicate their characters! Let’s not forget you can also turn into a cat. In the video you’ll see Mario scaling walls with super cat claws. It’s awesome! The game launches November 22 and we can’t wait to get our hands on this beast.

Mario & Sonic at the Sochi 2014 Olympic Winter Games arrives exclusively for Nintendo Wii U. Players from around the world can compete online in Ski Cross, Snowboard Cross and Short Track Speed Skating. Oh let’s not forget about the Winter Sports Champion Race that combines Skiing, Ice Skating, the Bobsleigh and Snowboarding into a one event. Players will earn points for their country which can be viewed through online rankings.

Wii Party U is loaded with tons mini games and is fun for the whole family. The physical version of the game includes a Wii Remote Plus controller and the new Horizontal Stand for the Wii U GamePad. Look for it on October 25!

Nintendo 3DS Game Trailers

A new Kirby game was announced and revealed through a teaser trailer. The game features Kirby in what looks like a normal side scroller, but he can also move from the foreground to the background. At least we see the poor cream puff get smacked to the front of our screen. Expect more details on this title as it nears its 2014 release.

Bravely Default is a role-playing fantasy game developed by Square Enix. The game features a new battle system, updated UI, and new content not found in the original Japanese version. Bravely Default will arrive on 3DS sometime in the first quarter of 2014.

Etrian Odyssey Untold: The Millennium Girl is two full-size games in one package featuring a new story mode with five pre-made characters. First run copies of the game is actually a boxed set featuring Etrian Untold, Unseen, and Unheard bonus. It also comes with a music cd and design book.
