Exclusive Weapons For Dead Space 3 Pre-Orders

Posted on January 14, 2013 at 7:31 pm by Justin Cavender

Dead Space 3 is ready to scare the heck out of us on February 5, 2013. Have you taken the time to pre-order your copy yet? Those who do will receive a Collector’s Edition with many bonus features which include two suits and two new weapons. Before you decide where to pre-order your copy of Dead Space 3, you should consider both GameStop and Amazon. Both retailers are offering two very unique weapons to pack with your bundle of fun.

Amazon pre-orders will receive an exclusive Tesla Enervator gun. It looks like quite a bit of fire power, perfect for burning down those creepy crawlies sneaking up on you. Check out the image below.

Your other choice is the EG-900 SMG from GameStop. It seems a little wimpy to me, but you can watch the video below and make up your own mind.

Dead Space 3 brings Isaac Clarke and merciless soldier, John Carver, on a journey across space to discover the source of the Necromorph outbreak. Crash-landed on the frozen planet of Tau Volantis, the pair must comb the harsh environment for raw materials and scavenged parts. Isaac will then put his engineering skills to the ultimate test to create and customize weapons and survival tools. The ice planet holds the key to ending the Necromorph plague forever, but first the team must overcome avalanches, treacherous ice-climbs, and the violent wilderness. Facing deadlier evolved enemies and the brutal elements, the unlikely pair must work together to save mankind from the impending apocalypse.

Want to play the demo? Of course you do. Xbox 360 owners can download the Dead Space 3 Demo tomorrow, January 15 by visiting the DS3 website. PlayStation 3 owners will have to wait until January 22, to get down and dirty on the ice planet.

Dead Space 3 is rated M for Mature and will be available for PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 on February 5.
