Dying Light burning

Techland announced today via Twitter, that Dying Light will be released sooner than its expected February 28th release date. Instead, the game will now arrive on January 27 in North America, January 28 in Australia and New Zealand, and finally January 30 in Europe and Asia. The FPS action survival game is set in an open world with countless hordes of zombies, but players have the ability to exercise some serious hardcore Parkour action to stay alive.

Those of you that pre-order Dying Light from the game’s official website can score an awesome DLC mode called Be the Zombie. This multiplayer mode allows you to invade the game of another player and hunt them down as a zombie.

Dying Light boasts about having “natural movement” which allows you to really take charge of your character’s movement and experience a new kind of gameplay. Check out the dev diary below to get a better understanding of how natural movement will save your sorry ass in a zombie apocalypse.

Find out if you have what it takes to survive when Dying Light arrives on PS4, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360, and PC in January 2015.
