DC Comics wasted no time in embracing the “digital movement” when it comes to comics, and it doesn’t look like they’re letting up anytime soon. At last weekend’s New York Comic Con, DC unveiled the latest in their “Digital First” lineup, and these newest offerings definitely run the gamut when it comes to genres.

Fan of video game violence? Than you’re probably a fan of the Mortal Kombat franchise, which means you’ll definitely want to check out Mortal Kombat X, which will serve as a prequel to the upcoming game of the same name. Enamored with DC’s Vertigo brand? You definitely won’t want to miss Fables: The Wolf Among Us, which marks the first Vertigo digital title and also ties in with the adventure game by Telltale. And finally there’s Wonder Woman ’77, based on the television show that made Lynda Carter a household name. Considering how excellent the Batman ’66 book has been, fans of the classic show won’t want to miss this.

Mortal Kombat X will be handled by Shawn Kittelsen, with interior art by Dexter Soy and covers by Ivan Reis. Wonder Woman ’77 blasts from the past thanks to Marc Andreyko and several artists to be revealed later. Finally, The Wolf Among Us will be written by Matthew Sturges and Dave Justus with art by Steve Sadowski, Travis Moore, and Shawn McManus.

Check out the first covers for these upcoming titles, and let us know which one you’re most looking forward to in the comments!
