Although we don’t know the plot yet for Colin Trevorrow‘s upcoming Jurassic Park sequel, Jurassic World, they are working hard to assemble their cast.  As previously reported, Ty Simpkins (Insidious) will play one of the film’s leading men, and he might be accompanied by Jake Johnson, Josh Brolin, and Kings of Summer star Nick Robinson.  Bryce Dallas Howard’s name kept popping to the surface as well, and today she told USA Today that she was officially on board. Stating, “They’re relaunching the Jurassic Park franchise, so I’ll be chasing dinosaurs. That’s going to happen next year.”

The picture might add Jason Schwartzmann to the project as well.  According to Hypable [viaBleeding Cool], Schwartzmann is coming on board to do battle with the dinos.  Jurassic World opens June 12, 2015.

What do you think? Will Jurassic World be a hit, or a rehash of past failures?
