Assassins-creed

We have an official look at the upcoming Assassin’s Creed Syndicate, formerly known as Victory. Ubisoft unveiled the new title earlier today and offered a few sneak peaks on what to expect from this annual installment. Assassin’s Creed Syndicate will be released on October 23, 2015 on the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC (at a later date).

Set in Victorian-era London, Syndicate will have a bigger emphasis on finding unique ways to travel around, such as grappling hook and horse-drawn carriages. In addition, there will be two playable assassin’s this time with the ability to switch between the two at the press of a button. The brother and sister team of Jacob and Evie Frye are also involved in their own gang, which will play a huge part in Syndicate.

Ubisoft seems to have listened to the disappointed fans that played Assassin’s Creed Unity and are attempting to make amends. Previously removed features like the whistle and “brotherhood” recruitment will be making a return, while new features such as starting a street brawl with rival gangs, carriage hijacking and female soldier NPCs will make their debut. There will be no multiplayer in this new Assassin’s Creed title, leaving Ubisoft to ditch the always on Internet aspect we saw in the previous title.

Here is the official trailer for Assassin’s Creed Syndicate.

Here is a lengthy walkthrough showing off the game and what to expect later this year.
