Link to the past

Nintendo has brought the goods this week with The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, available now for Wii U’s Virtual Console on the eShop. The game follows Link on his quest to stop a creepy magician named Agahnim, who kidnaps young girls to break the imprison spell set on Ganon. This classic was originally released on the SNES console way back in 1992. Now it’s yours to enjoy 22 years later for only $8.

Be sure to check out our review for The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds on Nintendo 3DS. The game is set in the same universe as A Link to the Past and you’ll definitely want to pick up this beast. In fact, Victor, our reviewer believes it to be “one of the best 3DS games, ever.”

Also Available This Week on the eShop:

  • Mario Bros. – $5 (3DS)
  • Castle Clout 3D – $5 (3DS)
  • Arc Style: Solitare – $3 (3DS)
  • Touch Battle Tank 3D 2 – $5 (3DS)
