Why is John McClane (Bruce Willis) smiling? Because he’s been told that A Good Day to Die Hard is rated R! Fans had been a little worried that director John Moore’s picture, the fifth in the Die Hard series, would be rated PG-13 like its predecessor, Live Free or Die Hard. Although I don’t think the rating held that film back, but maybe we will see a return to the ultra violent F-bomb dropping nature of the originals.

Starring Bruce Willis, Jai Courtney, and Mary Elizabeth Winstead, A Good Day to Die Hard opens February 14th.

Official synopsis;

Iconoclastic, take-no-prisoners cop John McClane, for the first time, finds himself on foreign soil after traveling to Moscow to help his wayward son Jack–unaware that Jack is really a highly-trained CIA operative out to stop a nuclear weapons heist. With the Russian underworld in pursuit, and battling a countdown to war, the two McClanes discover that their opposing methods make them unstoppable heroes.
